Electrical superintendents are senior field leaders who own all electrical scope on a project, or across several at once. They coordinate manpower, manage procurement schedules, interface with GCs and inspectors, and keep work on spec and on schedule.
It's one of the most sought-after roles in commercial electrical contracting.

Relocation packages, project completion bonuses, and in some cases equity participation are on the table. This is one of the few field roles where a qualified candidate can negotiate compensation aggressively.
