Why Demand Is Strong

Domestic manufacturing investment has accelerated, driven by reshoring trends, CHIPS Act semiconductor facility construction, and EV battery plant development. Each new facility needs a substantial permanent electrical maintenance workforce on top of the construction electricians who build it.

Industrial electricians with PLC, motor control, and instrumentation experience are in particularly high demand across the manufacturing and process industries.
