The Port of Portland is hiring for a PDX Maintenance Electrician (Graveyard/Swing Shift).
From ground power units to airfield lighting, the PDX Maintenance Electricians keep the lights on at PDX. The successful candidate will maintain the electrical supply throughout the airport by replacing and repairing when needed. This includes maintaining the lighting on the airfields!
Hours are set by seniority shift bid per the labor agreement. Shifts may include one weekend day; the successful candidate must be available to work a set day, swing, or graveyard shift.
Most likely, the successful candidate will work a graveyard/or swing shift: Wednesday - Saturday. This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
